Sunday Services
We do pray that you will come to be with us and enjoy fellowship as we worship God and learn more of what He has done for each and every one of us.
Our Sundays consist of Morning and Evening services when our Pastor Rev. Edward Evans, leads the services and bring God's Word to us. Other speakers are invited to lead the services and bring God's Word to us, enabling Edward to have rests and holiday periods,
Sunday Morning 10.45 am (normally lasting about an hour)
As people arrive for the Morning Service there is an opportunity to join in with some gentle meditative singing whilst waiting for the Service to begin.
A person can chose to sit quietly if they prefer.
Our Morning services consist of reading of scriptures, preaching and singing praises to God.
A short childrens talk is normally given for any children that are present in the service.
The children will leave for their Sunday School lessons during the second Hymn.
Following the the Morning Service, refreshments are served in the Schoolroom and all are invited to stay and enjoy an informal relaxing time before departing.
An audio recording of the Morning service is made. This is later trimmed of all but the Bible Reading and Preaching and placed in the SERMONS & MESSAGES section of this website, (wecpembroke.org).
Communion is celebrated monthly, alternating between morning and evening services.
Sunday Evening 5.00 pm (normally lasting about an hour)
As people arrive for the Evening Service there is an opportunity to join in with some gentle meditative singing whilst sitting.
A person can chose to sit quietly if they prefer.
Similar to our Morning services, our Evening services consist of reading of scriptures, preaching and singing praises to God.
Following the the Evening Service, refreshments are served in the Schoolroom and all are invited to stay for a short while before leaving.
